The project "Ukraine meets EU/UMEU" aims to create support systems for refugees from Ukraine who have arrived in the Czech Republic and Spain, based on digital products (MOOCs, websites and APPs) that support their social and labour integration in both countries.
The overall objective is to accelerate the labour market and social integration of UA refugees by supporting them in acquiring professional language skills in agribusiness (CZ) and hospitality work (EC), means of integration and development of digital skills for the labour market.
Ukraine integrates into the EU
Participants will then consolidate the professional skills acquired in the e-learning environment during study excursions, workshops, practical training and internships in relevant companies and organisations.

The two-year project is carried out by infinity s.r.o., a language and education centre from the Czech Republic (Dolní Lomná - Beskydy), which implements the project outputs in cooperation with the Spanish partner organisation Building Bridges (Madrid).

The company focuses on improving key competences and skills in the field of language general and vocational education in accordance with CEFR standards, in the field of business, cultural and natural heritage, communication and management, personal branding and PR.
Infinity Centrum s.r.o. is the only company that provides its educational services in the easternmost part of the Czech Republic, in the Jablunkov region. The company was founded in 2010 and is located close to the neighbouring countries, Poland and Slovakia.
The Infinity Centre also provides expert advice in the field of methodology and didactics. In collaboration with professional staff, it develops innovative training programmes aimed at equipping participants in these programmes with the linguistic, pedagogical and methodological skills needed for their personal and professional growth, while promoting cultural understanding and international cooperation between participants and the wider community.

-Programmes to increase competences in modern digital technologies, which participants apply in building their own personal brand and PR, strengthening their professional identity and effective communication with the public

-Projects at national, European and international level for youth, adults at different stages of career development: Ministry of Education, Ministry of the Environment, ERASMUS+, LIFE+

-In cooperation with the URSUS Experience Centre, programmes to promote social cohesion: festivals, theatre performances, guided excursions and workshops in the field of natural and cultural heritage with a narrow focus on the Beskydy Mountains

In addition to language education, the Infinity Centre serves as a cultural ambassador, offering insight into the cultural and natural heritage of the Beskydy Mountains through the creation of customized educational materials. By incorporating the cultural and natural heritage of the Beskydy Mountains into language courses, the company helps to preserve and promote local traditions, customs, folklore and natural sites. It contributes to preserving the identity and heritage of the region for future generations.

About us: founded in 2008, Building Bridges Cultural Association aims to promote community integration and European cultural awareness among young people. At the local level, we serve as a resource for the implementation of non-formal education courses and the dissemination of knowledge about the practices of the European work system. Our activities include the organisation of courses, visits, meetings and European events for public agencies in the field of youth policies, mobility, sport, local economic development, culture and international cooperation. We believe that transnational experiences enable young people to develop their personal and professional skills in a European context and prepare them to take an active part in Europe's future.

Our activities
Building Bridges engages in a variety of youth and community development activities:
Courses and seminars: We offer informal educational courses and training to improve your knowledge of European working practices.


Events and meetings: we organise European events for public agencies in the fields of youth policy, mobility, sport, local economic development and culture.


European projects: Active participation in KA1 events and leadership of KA2 events, including youth exchanges, seminars, study visits and youth worker mobility. We send more than 150 people per year to participate in these programmes.


Online training: Through our YesEuropa Academy platform, we provide online courses on EU project management, cultural management, digital tools and NGO creation and management, serving over 500 students in the first year.


Youth information and support: we are members of the regional network of youth information centres, certified by the Madrid regional government, and participate in national and international networks such as CCIVS, Anna Lindh Foundation, CIVIS, EYCA and Team Europe.


Adult Education and Higher Education: managing projects that involve the target groups of adult education and higher education in collaboration with public and private universities.
